Signing Up


The first time you use this service portal you'll need to sign up for an account.


  1. Click on the Sign Up button. (On the top right corner of the screen.)
  2. Fill out the form with your First Name, Last Name and Mount Calvary Waukesha Email Address. If you don't have a Mount Calvary email address, you can instead sign up using your own Google or other email address.
  3. Verify that you're not a robot by clicking the check box. (You may have to validate with an image check.)
  4. Click Register.
  5. When you get the confirmation email, click on the link in the email to activate your account.


If you receive an error that your email address has already been used, please follow the steps further below to reset your password.


Signing In


After creating an account you can use the service portal features such as the Self-Service Catalog.


  1. Click on the Sign In button. (On the top right corner of the screen.)
  2. You'll be redirected to the Mount Calvary Waukesha Freshworks login page.
  3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your account, or use the Google sign-in to link to your existing Google account.
  4. Click Sign In.


If you don't know what your password is, please follow the steps below to reset your password.


Forgot Password / Password Reset


An account may have already been created for you in the system using your mountcalvarywaukesha.org email address. If you didn't receive an activation email with a link (it may have gone to your spam or junk folder) the easiest way to get access to your account is by using this Forgot Password link here in the article or on the Mount Calvary Waukesha Freshworks login page.
